Upon approval there will be a non refundable $30.00 Registration Fee. This fee includes a maximum of four (4) staff members. Additional staff members will be charged at the re-enactor rate.

Power and water, if available, has an additional $25.00 charge.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

I, The undersigned, being of lawful age, hereby release and forever discharge the County of Osceola, the Sons of Confederate Veterans, the host Camp, the Jacob Summerlin Camp #1516, and the personnel of these organizations from any incident, injuries, and all claims that may arise from my attendance and/or participation in a military exercise to be conducted on the property of Ralph V. Chisholm Park, located in Narcoossee, Osceola County, Florida.

I further understand that while either participating or observing such exercise there is a possibility of danger and I understand that there is no insurance covering and injury that I might incur.

This release and hold harmless agreement releases the above mentioned organizations and their personnel from all liability for any injury, death, or damage to any property arising from the activities that take place at this event.


The undersigned has read the aforementioned release and hold harmless agreement and fully understands it and the provisions contained within.

*Must be at least 16 (With Accompanying Adult) to have or carry a weapon on the battlefield.
